This position is located within the Drug Enforcement Administration, Intelligence Division (NC), Program Management and Budget Section (NCM) in Arlington, Virginia. This position(s) primary purpose is to support the Program Management Unit (NCMP). In this position, you will perform recruitment, staffing, human resource issues and related programs of NC and the Intelligence Program.

Applicants must meet the Specialized Experience requirements as noted below. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. OR Combination of Experience & Education. GS-11: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying specialized experience equivalent 9. One year of specialized experience for this position includes: assisting in analyzing program performance data to identify trends; serving as liaison between management, employees and Human Resources personnel to facilitate efficient recruitment, retention, movement, and general welfare of staff; preparing personnel actions ensuring regulatory requirements are met; responding to inquiries from employee and management regarding Human Resources processes; and preparing and maintaining various reports and spreadsheets.
