You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (as the Deputy Director (Compliance) Intelligence Operations) as a direct report to the Director of Intelligence operations in the Intelligence Operations Directorate (Z00) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, California.
Duties
You will seek to ensure program compliance with a customer focused approach, engaging, equipping and empowering a compliance forward culture through tailored process, policy and products,
You will partner with the Senior Intelligence Officer and Site Government Program Manager for effective execution of the SCI and SAP Security Compliance, and Intelligence Operations and Counterfeit Material Prevention Program Compliance Programs,
You will develop written policy and personnel security procedures geared to align with applicable DoD, DON, IC and local policy, maximizing flexibility and being supportive of mission accomplishment,
You will manage and direct the efficient and effective operations of the Z20 Division, including branches and personnel budgets, hiring, discipline, process development, performance feedback, quality control and employee development,
You will be responsible for Z20 budget development, financial execution, reporting of financial budget to actuals and the health and effectiveness of supporting contract vehicles and assigned contractors,
You will communicate in depth in professional relationships with diverse groups, including Security, Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Command Staff, and Program Staff,
You will maintain professional relationships with customers, supervisors and executives, gaining cooperation in resolving complex and diverse process and administrative matters,
You will plan, program, budget, monitor, analyze and evaluate Directorate programs and projects,
You will serve as the subject matter expert in Command Security Management, Special Security Office, Special Access Programs, operation and management of OSS/SCI/SAP facilities, supporting knowledge of national intelligence community processes.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) or grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing analytical leadership for the evaluation of programs (e.g., SCI and SAP Security Compliance Programs, Intelligence Operations, Counterfeit Material Prevention Program Compliance Programs) to ensure program compliance through tailored process, policy and products.
