This position will support the Service Integration & Center Delivered Services Office. This office is responsible for integrating services between the various NASA Headquarters and Goddard Space Flight Center locations and the enterprise service teams. As a Service Integration Lead, you will perform analysis and oversight of contract task orders and work packages and will ensure continuity of IT support for newly transitioned work for several enterprise IT contracts.
Duties
Perform the duties of a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or a Task Manager for contract task orders and work packages.
Serve as primary communications interface with stakeholder organizations by providing guidance developing requirements, reviewing and approving invoices, obligating funding, and tracking funding.
Perform analysis and management of task order and work package budgets and actual costs.
Perform information management and data analytics, hybrid conferencing support, content management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Liaison between mission and mission support customers and Agency IT service providers. Partner with IT business relationship managers (BRMs) to discover and write technical/integration requirements based on stakeholder requirements.
Oversee IT integration projects and initiatives for the HQ/GSFC OCIO.
Requirements
- Current Federal employees must meet qualifications, time in grade, and 90 days after competitive appointment requirements by the closing date of the announcement.

- If the individual selected is currently at the GS-14 grade level, they will be detailed at their current grade and step. If the individual is a current GS-13 they will be temporarily promoted to the GS-14 level.
- Position subject to pre-employment background investigation or higher level clearance. Investigation/Clearance may differ and be required based on the duties/location-NASA Center requirements.
- The location will be determined upon selection but must be at one of the locations indicated within the announcement.
Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level.
Developing contract task orders and managing work packages, contract financials and invoices, and related data analysis;
Serving as an Information Technology (IT) service and support liaison with executive and non-executive stakeholders;
Partnering with enterprise service teams and programs; establishing a service integration process and structure with enterprise service teams; and analyzing the integration of services for recommended improvements.
