You will serve as a Administrative Specialist in the MyNavy HR IT Solutions Program Office of PEO MLB SOLUTIONS.
Duties
You will be responsible for performing a range of analytical studies and projects related to program operations that include the effectiveness of business processes, manpower utilization, organizational structures, and management internal controls.
You will develop and implement processes, plans, and policies to manage program business operations.
You will manage various projects and executive office requirements, objectives, and metrics; and resolves conflicts among funding and business/administrative resources.
You will make recommendations that effectively contribute to decisions with respect to substantive administration/business matters.
You will plan, organize, develop policy, promulgate Standard Operating Procedures and guidance, and evaluate the effectiveness of processes using continuous process improvement methods.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: esponsible for managing, applying, and executing a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes in support of the MyNavy HR IT Solutions Program.
