You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the AVAILABILITY DIVISION, MODERNIZATION AND INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, PORT HUENEME DIVISION.
Duties
You will be primarily responsible for the management of In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) tasking and budget for Combat System programs in support of Naval Sea Systems Command programs and Foreign Military Sales partner navies.
You will be responsible to assist the Division Manager in management of AEGIS Weapon/Combat System FMS procurement and contact requirements, planning and budgeting for technical support, and review and approval of data and correspondence.
You will review and analyze options, decide on a prudent course of action and influence the decisions of others in authority to accept the decision.
You will direct, coordinate, and oversee work across departments, including monitoring quality of appropriate product deliverables, and making decisions on technical and fiscal issues.
You will provide technical review coordination, financial planning, and develop Task Planning Sheets and Statements of Work.

- This is a Non-Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. SCW level required: Basic
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing acquisition and financial program requirements to develop project plans and manage Integrated Logistics Support processes for an organization.
