Duties
Serves as a human resources operations and integration advisor to the Chief, Integration and Transformation Division, Human Capital Directorate (HCD), U.S. Army Futures Command (AFC).
Assists in integrating civilian and military human resources programs across the AFC HCD.
Advises HC leadership on developing methods to recruit and market in order to reach a diverse talent mix using various social media platforms.
Researches, coordinates, and oversees comprehensive communication strategies and plans in support of HC.
Assists in the development and implementation of personnel operations, procedures, programs and systems designed to facilitate mission accomplishment and enhance organizational learning and performance.
Advice and provide guidance to cover the full spectrum of civilian and military human resource issues including areas such as downsizing, mobilization operations and support, personnel reinvention efforts, and reorganizations/ realignments.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Secret Clearance required
- 1 year probationary period may be required.
- TDY of up to 15% may be required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing guidance and advice to human resource officers, specialists, and senior level managers on Human Capital programs and initiatives; 2) Developing and implementing Human Capital Operational Plans and supporting tasks in support of Workforce Development and Talent Management; AND 3) Formulating Human Resources policies, plans, and initiatives associated with Military and Civilian Talent Acquisition, Talent Employment, Talent Development, Talent Retention and Talent Enabling Programs.
