Duties
You will ensure laws and regulations are followed and are consistent with objectives and strategic initiatives.
You will ensure that projects adhere to technical, environment and architectural standards.
You will ensure that functional system designs are effective and compatible with internal and external procedures.
You will provide an environment that is conducive to teambuilding and communicating purpose and attainable goals.
You will be the primary point of contact to the sponsor for status information or changes in projects.
You will oversee the evaluation of alternating approaches and development of the appropriate work breakdown structure to perform desired tasking.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following; 1) Conducting workforce planning (i.e. manpower, cost management) for an Information Technology (IT) program to meet strategic objectives; 2) Establishing the work schedules, deadlines, and standards for acceptable levels of Information Technology (IT) tasks and duties; 3) Developing and managing project plans for complex system design projects through development, modification, maintenance, and implementation; 4) Setting and adjusting short-term priorities and preparing schedules for completion of work; and 5) Expressing information effectively, as well as making clear oral and written presentations
