About the Position: These positions are located in Falls Church, VA. These are not remote positions. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Duties

Perform analysis on a wide variety of healthcare operations data. Research, manipulate, and analyze data related to acquisition of new, complex health initiatives. Conduct business case analysis, market research, spend analysis and detailed benchmarks against other DoD and non-DoD health care systems. Evaluate and assess current market conditions through development of market surveys and Requests for Information (RFI) from industry. Has cost, schedule, performance, and risk reporting responsibilities for assigned acquisition programs. Manage and assist in the acquisition of complex health care programs and capabilities. Work with DHA, Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Service headquarters representatives to actively promote and train DHA acquisition programs.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This is a DOD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 48 months as of entrance on duty.
• One-year trial/probationary period may be required.
