You will serve as an ELECTRICIAN in the PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.

Duties

You will install, maintain, service, remove, repair, modify, assemble, manufacture, troubleshoot, test, calibrate, and operate various electrical equipment, systems, circuits, control devices, and components. You will manufacture, assemble, service, test, disassemble, refurbish, and reassemble of electrical equipment. You will lay out, fabricate, and assemble switch boards, control panels, devices, transformer assemblies, power circuit breakers, and other electrical devices. You will install control or safety devices on equipment, fabricate electrical assemblies, maintain logs indicating service information, condition, and location of temporary service equipment and insure that equipment is available as needed. You will read/interpret wire diagrams and one lines to help troubleshoot electrical equipment as needed.

• You may be required to climb ladders and scaffolding.
