You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Fleet Support Division, within the Assistant Commander (ACOM) for Supply Operations and Logistics Policy at Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Headquarters of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.
Duties
You will respond to inquiries concerning interpretation and clarification of Navy Food Service policies and guidance.
You will identify, measure, and track key metrics.
You will prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
You will serve as an expert level analyst and verify briefings are accurate and contain clear, concise analysis.
You will design, update and present the Food Service metrics briefings.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, on a qualitative and quantitative basis, to assess program development or execution and improve organizational and program effectiveness and efficiency. I apply an understanding of basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning of programs and objectives. I also utilize a variety of management and program related statistical software packages to investigate, gather, and collect data to develop and present data visualization dashboards, spreadsheets, and/or reports for management use. Apply skill in both oral and written communication in order to present information on scope, methods, findings and results succinctly and clearly. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Preparing and presenting briefings to leadership on program goals and objectives which define data driven results; 2) Implementing updates to policy and guidance based on new regulations; 3) Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure their interests are maintained on various Integrated Product teams; 4) Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention historical data and future dashboard style metrics; and 5) Performing statistical analysis of dinning facility operations, food service policies and initiatives in order to provide input in determining DON food costs and budgets.
