Duties

As a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst, you will: Provide supervision and guidance to a team of financial management analysts, technicians, and specialists; Communicate assignments to staff, and the status of projects, goals, policies, deadlines, and/or time frames for completion to management; Lead a team in analyzing reports on obligations, accounting data, expenditures, receipts, workload, unit cost, and personnel in relation to approved work programs and available funds, direct the formulation of plans and supervise the execution of the budget; Coordinate all relevant audits and be responsible for leading the finance team in properly carrying out Division, Agency, and Federal policies and regulations in order to comply and consistently produce clean audit results. Qualifications

To qualify at the GS-14 Federal grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience, as reflected in their resume, at or equivalent to the GS-13 level: overseeing, leading, or managing financial or budget operations; overseeing the management of an enterprise financial system; participating in the establishment, revision, or implementation of financial management policies and/or internal controls; interacting with upper management to promote and ensure effective financial leadership; and supporting internal or external financial audits. Time-in-Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements for consideration by the closing date of this announcement.
