You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS BRANCH of the STRATEGIC SYSTEM GUIDANCE, NAVIGATION, & CONTROL DIVISION in the GLOBAL DETERRENCE & DEFENSE DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $128,043).

Duties

You will provide Strategic Systems Programs Task Management requirements for the Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Program supporting SP2015 and SP206 in the Business Operations Branch You will develop and negotiate the yearly NSWC Crane Budget with the Program Office and Technical Project Manager. You will develop and submit Task Statements to NSWC Crane executing organizations, and provide Monthly Task Execution Status.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedules, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of a warfare program.
