Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Minimum Qualification/Specialized Experience Minimum Qualifications:GS-09: A. Applicant must demonstrate one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-07 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties: Collecting data to prepare budget estimates; Applying budgetary concepts, methods, and/or techniques to assist in the financial management of funds; AND Interacting with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information. OR B. Successfully completed a Master's or equivalent or higher degree; OR have completed two (2) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a such a degree.; OR LL.B. or J.D., if related, at an accredited college or university in a field that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR C. Have a combination of specialized experience as described in 'A' and graduate education as described in 'B' that, when combined; equal 100% of the qualification requirement. NOTE: Only graduate education in excess of the first 18 semester hours may be used in this calculation.
