About the Position: The position is located at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Ft. Moore, Georgia 31905. The "Maneuver Center of Excellence" is located 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training. Public transportation and free parking is available.

Duties

Review and oversee a variety of administrative programs to include distribution and dissemination of incoming suspense and tasking from higher headquarters, internal controls, records management, publication and forms management. Advise on leadership and primary staff on administrative matters. Prioritize, review, edit, and approve command action correspondence submitted for Command Group member?s signature/action. Compile reports and statistical data related to management and operational needs.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter.
