Duties

Provides expertise for training development, automation systems, Army Unit Training Management process and TRADOC regulations, pamphlets, directives and guidance on Training Development. Serves as the ARSOF CATS Program Manager and is delegated as the ASCC representative with internal and external agencies on collective training and CATS development. Supervises management of collective training products for assigned and attached ARSOF units in compliance with HQDA, USSOCOM, USASOC, USAJFKSWCS and 1ST SFC(ABN) policy.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes Managing collective training materials and publications; Coordinating with executive command and higher headquarter staff to support mission training and concept development; Evaluating multiple units and sub-units to define training discrepancies; Managing military collective training for Special Operations Forces; Coordinating with Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) mangers and stakeholder to accomplish command initiatives; Managing employee work assignments, performance standards, counsel and administrative actions.
