You will serve as a SENIOR OFFICE MANAGER in the RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT GROUP, SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will perform a range of executive office manager responsibilities including receiving calls and visitors, composing and reviewing in-coming correspondence, and maintaining records.
You will make travel arrangements and preparing orders with the use of the Defense Travel System.
You will make arrangements for conferences and meetings including space, number of people, projection equipment, visitor badging/clearances and special supplies.
You will conduct research of regulations, files and records and/or contacts personnel in other organizational elements to obtain information desired.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Processing travel orders and vouchers in Defense Travel System; 2) Reviewing correspondence in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual; 3) Managing calendar schedules and proactively obtaining relevant information; 4) Exercising independent judgment in dealing with high-level managers internal and external to the organization.
