You will serve as a SECURITY SPECAILIST in the SECURITY DEPT, TECHNOLOGY PROTECTION DIV of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will authorize disclosure and release of documents, briefings and other forms of CMI, CUI and material to existing and potential FMS customers.
You will provide technical direction to requesting offices on methods, processes, and actions that will ensure information disclosed is consistent with NAVAIR, Navy, DoD and National Disclosure policies.
You will counsel, advise and make recommendations to management and contractor personnel on policy, procedures, and interpretation of regulations covering visits of foreign representatives to government or commercial facilities.
You will provide guidance for control and protection of classified and sensitive unclassified material/information during visits and subsequent contacts with foreign nationals and commercial representatives.
You will do other duties assigned to you.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or pay band (DA-4) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Experience as a Disclosure Analyst experience at Navy International Programs Office, Developing Department of Navy Position on Third Party Transfer and Foreign Disclosure Policy development. 2.) Multiple year experience with Foreign Military Sales, International Releasability, and Export License Processing. 3.) Authorizes disclosure and release of documents, briefings and other forms of CMI, CUI and material to existing and potential FMS customers.
