You will serve as a Mission Support Specialist of REGION LEGAL SERVICE OFC MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will serve as the primary liaison for all incoming contacts and maintain a positive working relationship with all personnel, callers, and visitors.
You will be responsible for maintaining records and files in accordance with prescribed regulations and policies.
You will be responsible for preparing various weekly, monthly and annual reports as requested.
You will conduct initial quality assurance review of case/client files to ensure all documents are complete and meet legal requirements.
You will respond to request for status updates.
You will control and manage all incoming correspondence using established office procedures.
You will perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, filing etc..
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized Experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Responding to routine and highly technical requests for information ; 2) Utilizing various databases to store, maintain, and track case files; 3) Preparing documents, filings, and case correspondence; 4) Researching, evaluating, and coordinating information to identify and verify all relevant facts in a particular file; and 5) Managing case filings and status updates for client files.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
OR
1 full year of graduate level education. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent.
