Duties
You will be directly responsible to the Director of Workforce Operations on a daily basis and will also provide direct support to the Director of Corporate Operations on an as-needed basis.
You will analyze the needs of Team Ships in all assigned areas, identifying, planning, establishing and executing a complete Team Ships support program in assigned areas.
You will identify approaches to administrative programs and requirements, develops and issues PEO level-policies and instructions.
You will manage the Team Ships recruitment efforts from position development and workforce needs assessment to onboarding and all coordination in-between.
You will evaluate the manpower needs of each program office, make position management recommendations and analyze internal processes as they relate to workforce strategy and billet control, and process all personnel actions for with Team Ships.
You will be responsible for administrative and program management efforts including: initiating, formulating, establishing, and revising administrative
procedures for optimal personnel utilization.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band ( or GS-11 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating administrative personnel management activities (e.g. manpower requirements, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, position management, development of policies and procedures) to ensure operational efficiency for an organization.
