You will serve as an Administrative Officer in the NLSC.
Duties
You will serve as a central point of contact on all administrative matters for NLSC headquarters.
You will provide technical and managerial direction, advice, and support on administrative processes to include management of operations, organizational structure development, resources, and official correspondence for the front office.
You will provide oversight of the records retention and disposition programs for NLSC commands.
You will support hiring managers when requested in participating in hiring panels and reviewing resumes for NLSC Office.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS 12:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating a knowledge of management analysis principles and theories, and the ability to apply analytical, techniques to identify, analyze/recommend improvements to problems in record keeping. Examples of specialized experience must include the following: 1) Ability to manage a comprehensive administrative support program that includes the spectrum of administrative support services, e.g., budget, administration, personnel, space management, purchasing, information technology management, internal controls, mail, records, communication services and supplies in support of organization; 2) Providing direction, advice, and support on administrative processes to include management of operations, organizational structure development, resources, military programs, and official correspondence for the front office; 3) Recommending administrative policies, procedures, and regulations and coordinating with the administrative and technical staffs to determine and evaluate needs of the organization; 4) Coordinating the guidance of life-cycle management and disposition of records and provide guidance on records preparation for shipment to holding facilities as required.
GS 13:
