About the Position: Project manager for recruiting and retention development and training in the Army Accessions Information Enterprise (AIE) system, providing Brigade level expertise to integrate requirements into AIE processes at all levels from program through Department of the Army.

Duties
Assess human capital and skills needed to recruit and retain personnel.
Provide recruiting operations training.
Assist in developing organization change products.
Identify requirements for the development of recruiting and sales training.
Serve as the subject matter expert for automated recruiting systems.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires that the employee occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 70% of the time.
- The employee must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and access.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience or education requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: I have one year experience equivalent to the GS9 grade level in the Federal service including: conduct mission analysis; establish information requirements; implement policies; process requests for change to force structure; provide recruiting operations training; analyze recruiting program issues.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-9).
Education
