About the Position: Project manager for recruiting and retention development and training in the Army Accessions Information Enterprise (AIE) system, providing Brigade level expertise to integrate requirements into AIE processes at all levels from program through Department of the Army. Duties

Assess human capital and skills needed to recruit and retain personnel. Provide recruiting operations training. Assist in developing organization change products. Identify requirements for the development of recruiting and sales training. Serve as the subject matter expert for automated recruiting systems.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires that the employee occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 70% of the time.
• The employee must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and access.
