About the Position: Serves as the principal staff advisor to The Adjutant General (TAG), The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), Human Resources Command (HRC) on management and tracking of efforts focused on building and sustaining improved customer service;increasing engagement and retention; and strengthening the goal to become a high reliability organization.

Duties

Performs short- and long-range planning of organizational projects, goals, and work. Analyze trends and report appropriate metrics to evaluate the connection between the Total Army Customer experience (Soldiers, Veterans, Family Members), employee engagement, quality and safety and improved customer experience. Measure and track the impact of initiatives on the company’s data and key performance indicators (KPIs), including overall customer sentiment and customer satisfaction metrics. Develop and support enterprise-wide staff, customer service, and social media strategies that improve the overall Human Resources experience. Leads social media presence throughout the directorate.

  • THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position. This certification requirement is a condition of employment for this position. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
  • Permanent Change of Station (PCS) cost is not authorized.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
