About the Position: This position is located with the US Army Command Assessment Program, Fort Knox, KY.
Duties
Operates the peer/subordinate data collection process for all Centralized Selection List processes and directed populations.
Prepares Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS) progress reports once received from the AEAS contractor or system.
Serves as the deputy Peer/Subordinate program action officer for the Command Assessment Program.
Project budgetary requirements for the program to ensure the requirement is supported year to year and into the future.
Integrates with HRC, HQDA G-1 and M/RA and across the talent assessment ecosystem to drive updates to policy on personnel selection assessments using peer/subordinate feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a secret security clearance.
- May require up to 20% Temporary Duty (TDY) travel.
- This position may require the incumbent to work hours which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or varying work schedules based on mission requirements.

Specialized Experience: Applicant must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes analyzing a result driven data collection process for a talent-based assessment program; conducting in-depth analysis of data in order to compile and report assessment data to leadership; providing guidance for data-driven decision making; identifying ways to resolve problems that have impact on aspects of business operations, future program planning, and/or existing program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
