Duties
Represent organization in coordinating with appropriate offices for input data
Monitor program decisions include in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
Prepare and present briefings on manpower issues, to include recommendations for resolution.
Utilize automated information systems, e-mail and computer reports in the furtherance of the security assistance mission.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- May be required to complete a one year probationary period.
- Temporary Duty (TDY), approximately 20% of the time
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance throughout the duration of employment.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work of this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Formulate programs, policies, and procedures for managing military and civilian manpower resources and provide control and authorization regarding Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) unit management relevant to force structure, organization, and budget. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-12.
