The Office of Facilities and Property Management is recruiting an Administrative Support Assistant (OA) to provide broad range of administrative tasks utilizing various administrative systems to support the Division.

Duties
This position will:
Serve as an Administrative Support Assistant for the Administrative Operations Group, Office of Facilities and Property Management supporting, as a member of a team, OFPM's Budget, Acquisitions, Human Resources, Travel, NAIS process, and other administrative activities.
Perform a full range of administrative support functions and responsibilities including prepare procurement requests using an automated purchase system; create and maintain spreadsheets to track procurement and personnel actions; prepares and processes all travel and badging actions; serves as a bankcard holder, property custodian, and timekeeper; maintains administrative databases and other record/file systems an assists with other administrative activities, not inclusive of space, property, time and attendance, on boarding, separation, as required.
Apply knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to complete tasks and resolve administrative problems to ensure the effective operation of the division and be proficient in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets using sorting methods and formulas and the use of office automation tools, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Share Point.
Perform duties under supervision with minimal guidance.

Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 level (or ZS-III at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience as an office support assistance to a division or group to include preparing documentation in support of budget planning, financial management, human resources management, acquisitions, travel management, property management, and/or space management, purchasing supplies & equipment, time and attendance, generating reports, and consolidating data.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
