You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $128,043). The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.

Duties

You will provide overall planning, analysis, coordination, review and control of organization's Acquisition efforts. You will lead efforts with key organization personnel on and off center in developing, negotiating, controlling and coordinating program requirements. You will provide support as the Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR) for Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division (EEWSD) contracting efforts.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating business operation requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule in order to improve efficiency and execution of acquisition projects.
