You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Temporary Service Group (Shop 99) of PSNS and IMF.
Salary Range:
GS-9: $63,526 - $82,580
GS-11: $76,860 - $99,914
Duties
You will plan, schedule and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations, and program effectiveness, associated with Quality Analysis programs.
You will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs.
You will conduct program compliance surveillances.
You will make recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program non-compliance and reverse adverse trends.
You will collect, review, evaluate, analyze and categorize Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports data.
You will prepare and issue a weekly; quarterly, and yearly assessment report for all established programs.
You will act as an advocate for department programs and implement policies established by higher levels.

Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing program performance data to investigate trends and non-compliance issues for the development of reports, charts or graphs.
GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: organizing databases or record keeping systems for the maintenance of program performance data to formulate reports or audits .

GS-11:
Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, OR;
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR;
Successful completion of LL.M., if related OR;
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
GS-9:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree. OR;
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree. OR;
Obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled. OR;
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
