This position is located at: 84th Training Command, DCS, G4, Fort Knox, Kentucky
Duties
Conduct periodic and special staff visits throughout the command.
Monitor transportation support for contingency operations.
Manage and support the Command?s property book and provide guidance on property accountability.
Develop new or revise policies and procedures to provide oversight of logistic systems for increasing efficiency and economy of logistics? systems.
Analyze directives from higher headquarters to determine logistic needs of the command.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes the interpreting regulations, directives and policies, preparing and analyzing reports and requests for assistance in resolving logistical problems, monitoring maintenance status of subordinate units, prepare and give briefings to Command Staff, and formulating budget estimates for logistical requirements.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
