You will serve as a SUPV PROGRAM ANALYST of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
Duties
You will serve as Executive Director for the Surface Warfare Schools Command.
You will evaluate candidates to make recommendations on appointments, promotions, or reassignments
You will identify developmental needs of employees to improve employee performance
You will develop training and education strategy in accordance with an organization's mission
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serve as Commanding Officer's principal advisor on all matters relating to the Center's mission, program goals and objectives 2) Develop and administer policies and undertake strategic and long range planning; 3) Exercise independent and innovative management control to ensure execution of the command's mission and the day-to-day management of the 1,200 person staff and world-wide training domain; 4) Develop and execute the Center's long term strategic goals and supporting investment strategies; 5) Supervise and coordinate the development of the annual Program Objective Memorandum {POM) process.
