The Quality Assurance Supervisor position is located in the Operations Branch of the Probate Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The branch provides case processing support and ensures compliance with applicable Court rules, division business processes, and standard operating procedures.

• A probationary period of one (1) year must be successfully completed.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma plus six (6) years of administrative or customer service experience including at least one (1) year as a first-level supervisor. The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the DC Courts’ values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency.

Education
