About the Position: This position is located within the IMCOM Directorate - Sustainment responsible for supporting the Garrisons across multiple functional areas of base operations services and support.
Duties
Develop programs, processes, and plans for both current and future operations, to include organizational structure, performance management, and business process improvement for all installation base operations (BASOPS) service areas.
Perform studies which determine most effective, efficient method of providing BASOPS services including contracting, partnerships, cooperative agreements or regionalization.
Analyze and evaluate program integration initiatives in areas such as Policy and Program Development, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Stationing, Organizational and Process Improvement, and Long Range and Key Events Calendars.
Incumbent has overall responsibility for the integration of strategic plans, goals and objectives to include conducting ISD organizational analysis for management initiatives and the propagation of installation doctrine.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes planning, coordinating and managing the development of strategic plans and goals AND advising in procedures pertaining to operations, training, crisis and emergency services management, tasking management and organizational performance assessments.
