You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Planning and Metrics Branch (N51) of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will manage interdisciplinary teams consisting of professionals with diverse expertise and experience to ensure seamless execution of the program.
You will make timely/effective recommendations and choose courses of action on S and T projects that balance the interests of the mission and stakeholders.
You will solicit, assess, and prioritize Navy Training and Education gaps and identify potential projects and solutions to address them.
You will foster and maintain impactful partnerships with industry and academia on training and education initiatives.
You will identify, shape or develop future capability requirements and learning standards for the NETC Force Development enterprise.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages interdisciplinary teams consisting of professionals with diverse expertise and experience to ensure seamless execution of the program; 2) Assesses and prioritizes Training and Education gaps to identify potential projects and solutions to address them; 3) Identifies and develops future capability requirements and learning standards for the Force Development enterprise; and 4) Maintains partnerships with industry and academia on training and education initiatives.
