Duties
Serves as project scrum master with responsibility for planning, coordinating, directing and controlling the efforts of an integrated scrum teams.
Establish common agile practices between agile teams working on the same project including, but not limited to, sizing, use of tools for stories and planning, retrospectives, and continuous test/integration.
Develop and/or employs tools and methods to track progress throughout the life cycle of the project.
Evaluate the status and progress of work accomplished in terms of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in achieving objectives.
Updates plans and recommends changes to agile procedures in response to evolving circumstances, resources, or objectives, and ensures deadlines and priorities are met.
Represents the agency at meetings and conferences involving senior level personnel throughout DoD, other government agencies and private industry.
Plan, direct and coordinate the accomplishment of new initiatives, projects, and programs, ensuring priorities are established, coordinated, and published to reflect the agreed upon priorities.
Advises on major or conflicting requirements, which have an impact on the product release roadmap or release schedules in DLA.

Qualifications
To qualify for an IT Project Manager (SYSANALYSIS), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
of automated information systems to enable the development of both new technical and functional capabilities.
Utilizing scaled agile principles, concepts, standards and practices associated with the life cycle management of automated information systems to enable the development of both new technical and functional capabilities.
Managing the development, acquisition, testing, systems integration and fielding of information technology solutions including best value solutions.
Assessing of program requirements to facilitate scheduling changes for missions and functions of the organization.
Applying a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment of scheduling key performance indicators to measure the completion of a comprehensive project plan(s).
