About the Position: This position is located in the Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center is the Army's technology leader and largest technology developer. DEVCOM AC ensures the dominance of Army capabilities by creating, integrating, and delivering technology-enabled solutions to our Soldiers. DEVCOM AC is a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Futures Command.
Duties
Serves as aa Lead Administrative Officer and is a key advisor the Directorate. Responsible for centralized coordination and reporting of administrative activities.
Findings and recommendations are significant to senior leadership, and often serve as the basis for new administrative/business systems applicable to large groups of employees and/or significant mission-related processes.
Ensures the effective and efficient flow of administrative work throughout the organization.
Participates in formal and informal meetings conferences, committees, and seminars with representatives of other functional areas, managers, and representatives of other/higher command, industry and academia.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties: 1) Providing guidance on a wide variety of administrative functions such as: property accountability, administrative services, personnel management, information security, organizational planning, business management, reports management, program analysis, information management, equipment management, records management, in/out processing, internal management controls, and publications and policies, etc.; and, 2) Using automated systems to track suspense such as CPOL, AUTONOA and DCPDS. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-02 or GS-11)
