Duties
You will provide logistics support for the Anti-Radiation Missile (ARM) family of systems (HARM/AARGM/AARGM-ER), as directed by the Time
Sensitive Strike (TSS) Assistant and Deputy Program Manager, Logistics (APML/DAPML).
You will assist the program APML/DAPML with determining solutions to technical problems that may occur during testing and operational use.
You will provide technical advice to management and personnel at many levels, perform in-depth evaluations, and recommend resolution to
difficult problems.
You will assist in the development and periodic updates of all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and other logistics documents.
You will support the development, revision, updating and/or review of training program curriculum, including training plans, training
courseware and training aides.
You will provide a Design Interface perspectives to applicable Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documents, Examples may include; Life Cycle
Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and Naval Systems Training Plan (NTSP).
You will assist the program APML implementing Design Interface to determine the optimal design parameters for supportability and the effect
on the associated product support package.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and
category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to
travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-03b pay band (GS-05/09 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Working with total life cycle logistics support management; 2) Leading a diverse team of logisticians or supervising subordinates, working objectively and harmoniously with them, rendering sound decisions, and ensuring tasks are completed on time; 3) Understanding logistics budgets formulation and the management of funds; 4) Organizing work, setting priorities, determining resource requirements; and setting short or long-term goals.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
