Duties
Serve as the DCMA Civilian Awards Management and Program Analyst and subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the direct administration, oversight, and execution of DoD and Agency-level incentive awards program and competitions.
Serve as sole subject matter expert for developing detailed plans, tasks, milestone dates, publishing, administrating, and scheduling of agency-wide Awards Program to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking processes to ensure timely awards.
Develop, communicate, collect, coordinate and process entry submissions and scoring, process advisory service for the evaluation of the award programs.
Establish criteria, analyze and assess the effectiveness of assigned awards programs.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst (Awards), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade, time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Formulating, analyzing, and evaluating policies and procedures for the management and administration of an Incentive Awards Program.
Coordinating and presenting quarterly and annual top honorary award ceremonies, which involve the Senior Leadership.
Receiving, reviewing and evaluating civilian award nominations for content, format, and compliance with published policies and regulations.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
