You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the INTEGRATED COMBAT SYSTEMS PORTFOLIO of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will serve as the Product Support Manager (PSM) for the Integrated Combat System (ICS) Program.
You will be responsible for the ICS Program to establish acquisition strategies and plans, set a series of annual, multi-year, or similar types of long-range work plans, and develop budgets and program documentation.
You will monitor and evaluate the progress of the ICS Program towards meeting product support requirements and make adjustments in objectives, work plans, schedules and commitment of resources when required.
You will identify, analyze, and increase the number of standardized critical product support processes across warfare centers and contributing activities.
You will be responsible for managing the efforts for developing Product Support plans and products in support of the Integrated Combat System (ICS) Program.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing logistics and product support strategies to implement requirements and resolve supportability issues for ship combat systems programs.
