You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the Regional Family Housing Division of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY HAMPTON ROADS.
Duties
You will answer non-technical requests for information regarding housing management policies and procedures.
You will disseminate new housing policy information to notify personnel of updates and changes.
You will maintain automated database for statistical and historical information relating to family housing occupancy, utilization, and maintenance.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a receptionist, receiving visitors and determining nature of the visit; 2) Collecting, routing and distributing mail; 3) Assembling and forwarding pertinent information concerning availability of housing, waiting list procedures and information packets; 4) Inputting referral listings into electronic programs and maintaining automated database for statistical and historical data relating to family housing occupancy, utilization, and maintenance; 5) Maintaining and ordering office supplies, forms, brochures, and other handouts.
