You will serve as a Supervisory Housing Management Specialist in the Unaccompanied Housing of NAVSTA.
Duties
You will plan, develop, schedule, implement and overall supervise Unaccompanied Housing operations.
You will determine maintenance and repair requirements and plan and develop projects to improve existing buildings.
You will resolve a variety of occupant concerns and complaints related to housing facilities other occupants.
You will review and manage expenditures for operations' budgets.
You will establish clear guidelines, criteria and priorities to evaluate performance.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Determining the utilization requirements of unaccompanied housing in accordance with Federal and agency housing policies and requirements; 2) Selecting, acquiring, storing, or distributing an organization's resources to ensuring an efficient housing operation; 3) Monitoring housing operation progress and evaluating outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness; 4) Preparing Housing budget estimates and justification of expenditures for review and approval; and 5) Preparing and delivering oral and written presentations to management on a variety of housing operation matters.
