You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Comptroller Group, Business and Financial Operations Department, Mission Support Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Duties

You will review reports, documentation, records, data and other materials to monitor and control obligations and expenditures. You will ensure funds are being executed properly through all stages of encumbrance and evaluate changes in plans and propose new course of action to mitigate deviation from plan. You will provide advice to team members, participate in peer-to-peer learning and mentorship. You will communicate orally and in writing and resolve team conflict in a positive manner while maintaining or increasing team morale.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the Grade-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Examples of specialized: 1) Knowledge in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Tool (N-ERP) to input and extract financial data for budget planning, formulation and execution. 2) Extracting data from Business Objects and developing spend plans and budgetary requirements with limited assistance. 3) Executing funds following all fiscal laws and regulations and applying financial laws and regulations to provide advice on sources and uses of funds.4) Analyzing and interpreting financial data or related information to develop recommendations to correct gaps and conflicts in the data. 5) Preparing and reviewing reports to ensure projects are expending funding properly. Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree
