Duties
You will use a web-based tasker program to manage and respond to taskers received from senior officials.
You will update and maintain an automated technical library to track training.
You will coordinate transportation arrangements between an organization and airports or train station.
You will compose correspondence from handwritten or electronic drafts using rules of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and format.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You may be recalled to Duty outside normal working hours.
- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
- This position requires which requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative support including: coordinating taskers; drafting presentations, correspondence, and other documents; inputting and extracting data using databases and spreadsheets; AND conducting studies and research projects to provide management recommendations on the effectiveness of the organization's training programs.
