Duties
You will provided direct support to the program analyst, program manager and/or program office by organization, collecting, analyzing and presenting information related to the current and future program/project workload.
You will coordinate efforts to obtain workload data to track progress in meeting objectives and use of resources.
You will review resources (funding, labor, equipment) expended and milestones met throughout the program segment/projects.
You will prepare reports for higher level employees describing problems that are recurring or causing significant delays or costs.
You will assist in the preparation of program management documents, such as the Program Objective Memorandum, ensuring the inputs are updated as needed.
You will post and update master program millstones and assist in the preparation of periodic overview of the program.
You will attend planning conferences and meetings which affect current and future requirements of the program.
Requirements

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
- This position requires which requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Activities involved in planning, analyzing, or evaluating the effectiveness of line or operating programs (e.g., government programs and operations) or the productivity and efficiency of the management of federal agencies or both using knowledge of: the substantive nature of agency programs and activities; agency missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. *Manage, allocate and monitor financial resources in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, with sufficient transparency and appropriate internal controls to ensure these resources are efficiently applied to meet organizational goals and objectives, while considering the Federal Government's fiduciary duty to the Nation.
