Duties
You will coordinate efforts to obtain workload data to track progress in meeting objectives and use of resources.
You will review resources (funding, labor, equipment) expended and milestones met throughout the program segments/projects.
You will assist in the preparation of the program management documents, such as the Program Objective Memorandum, ensuring that inputs are updated as needed.
You will accurately type correspondence, reports or similar materials from handwritten or electronic drafts using an electronic typewriter or word processor.
You will use judgment to answer recurring questions and resolve clerical and administrative problems.
Requirements

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and carrying out assignments or projects to improve the efficiency of the program's operations, providing advice and guidance to managers regarding the establishment of budgets, financial plans, account maintenance and accounting support.
