You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the PEB/HAZMAT Branch Code (Code 5313), Material Division/Warehouse Operations (Code 530), SUPPLY DEPARTMENT (CODE 500) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will preform AUL processing, validation and maintenance functions.
You will collect and maintain HM operations and usage data to prepare reports.
You will maintain automated inventory records by conducting periodic physical inventories of HM.
You will generate report requests, conduct research, identify specific problem areas, analyze, develop, evaluate and make recommendations for corrective actions.
You will input various supply transactions to the database to include, requisitions, inquiries, status updates and modifiers.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Shift and overtime assignments will be required to attend training, meetings, and participation in work efforts at other shore activities.
- An IT Level II Designation is required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with functions involved with Hazmat management via Navy Enterprise Resource Programs and other automated and/or manual systems.
Experience providing information to customers on handling of Hazmat via Safety Data Sheets.
Experience performing data entry for open purchase and contract information into Command Financial Management System (CFMS), ensuring FIAR compliance, and all external financial requirements are met.
Experience serving as the customer liaison between customers relating to the customer requirements including receiving orders, issuing requirements from database, and ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled.
Experience with supply regulations, policies, procedures and instructions related to the operation of the Hazmat locker, inventory management, storage, receipt, issue and excess processing.
