You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Development, Planning and Analysis Division of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will adapt, change, or revise analytical methods to meet mission requirements.
You will deliver testimony on improvement methodology requirements.
You will propose solution strategies to improve process integration.
You will develop briefings to present recommendations for improvement.
You will coordinate team efforts in meeting project objectives.
You will analyze platform installation gaps or shortfalls to recommend a course of action to resolve issues.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages interdisciplinary teams consisting of professionals with diverse expertise and experience to ensure seamless execution of the program; 2) Assesses and prioritizes Training and Education gaps to identify potential projects and solutions to address them; 3) Identifies and develops future capability requirements and learning standards for the Force Development enterprise; and 4) Maintains partnerships with industry and academia on training and education initiatives
