You will serve as a READINESS & INTEGRATION SPECIALIST in the EXECUTIVE DIRECTORATE (N02) of COMNAVSURFLANT.
Duties
You will collaborate with these various organizations to data-mine and apply data analytics to provide metric-based recommendations regarding SWE plans and solutions.
You will coordinate and integrates issues across all (O-6/GS-15) ACOS' in accomplishing major command goals that cross multiple N-Code boundaries.
You will coordinate and integrate Force Generation metrics across all (O-6/GS- 15) ACOS' in analyzing and evaluating the organization's ability to man, train, equip and maintain the Atlantic Surface Force.
You will develop specific, measurable goals in support of SWE using ship Class Execution Plans (CEP), Readiness Kill Chain (RKC) assessments, and the Surface Master Plan (SMP) structure and methodologies to improve Surface Force readiness.
You will serve as the Specialist responsible for integrating inputs and assessing execution of business activities, critical support services, and long-range strategic planning across a major Multi-mission Type Commander (TYCOM)
You will conduct data-mining and apply data analytics to develop metrics.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying data analytics to provide metric-based recommendations regarding Surface Warfare Enterprise plans and solutions.
Experience applying the PESTONI (Personal readiness Equipment/maintenance readiness, Supply readiness, Training readiness, Ordinance readiness, Networks and infrastructure) model to align with Commander's guidance and optimize Surface Force Readiness.
Experience coordinating issues with senior leadership and be able to clearly communicate recommendations in line with the Commanding Officer's intent.
Experience understanding Force Generation.
