You will serve as a Management Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will provide executive direction, assistance, and support for all office administrative operations within the office of the WSS Comptroller.
You will be responsible for outlining recommendations and interpreting their implications and impact of application and timeliness of actions required.
You will prepare travel requests in the Defense Travel System for military and civilian personnel of the Department, after determining the purpose of the trip, mode of travel and most convenient timing.
You will prepare briefings, handbooks, reports, slides, forms, correspondence, etc. using Microsoft Office.
You will provide administrative management and technical support duties in the form of calendar maintenance/scheduling, travel planning and coordination, and office supply management.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate the specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a knowledge and skill in applying analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques to assist management in conducting and documenting a variety of studies and reports. I have experience outlining the impact of incoming actions which may include policies regulations and procedural changes of an operational nature.
Examples of specialized experience include:
1) Preparing briefings, handbooks, reports, slides, forms, correspondence, etc. using Microsoft Office;
2) Reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence and providing applicable executive summaries;
3) Providing support for all office administrative operations as well as calendar maintenance/scheduling, travel planning and coordination and office supply management;
4) Participating and coordinating conferences and meetings with Executive Directors and subordinate staff, serving as liaison screening and handling appointments for importance and urgency, and uses discretion establishing priorities.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-9:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
