You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will evaluate new or modified directives to identify the impact on an organization's mission and functions
You will develop analytic databases to support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) data collection process
You will use a database program to track and manage sponsor tasking and data calls
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze complex training, technical, and organizational problems and be able to establish course of action for resolution; 2) Utilize skills in concepts, principles and practices of education, training and leadership philosophies programs, systems, and developmental trends; 3) Evaluation methods in performing program analysis in various educational studies along with a thorough understanding of how leadership philosophies and development trends are administered to apply the most appropriate program evaluation; 4) Utilize education, training and leadership policies, guidelines, goals, and objectives associated with learning continuums.
