About the Position: This position serves as the Chief of Program Analysis and Evaluation (PAE), Directorate of Business Operations at Womack Army Medical Center, providing program analysis support. This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday. Telework is not authorized.

Duties

Conduct strategic analysis from queried data to make quantitative and qualitative evaluations for the medical treatment facility (MTF). Conduct studies based on program goals and objectives, current health-care program business initiatives, pilot project assignments, or other requirements identified by the Directorate of Business Operations. Provide management on guidance with administrative processes and actions. Utilize automated systems to complete administrative human resource tasks, supervisory tasks, and healthcare administration tasks. Provide program analysis support based on program goals, current health program initiatives, and the implementation of health insurance for MTFs.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position may require the incumbent to complete a one-year supervisory probationary period.
  • Incumbent must obtain and maintain a favorable result from a National Agency Background Check as a condition of employment.
  • This position has mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirements and is subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons (documentation of exemption must be provided upon hire).
  • Temporary duty travel (TDY) of _5_% may be required.
