You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVAL TEST WING ATLANTIC TEST & EVALUATION MANAGEMENT FOR PROGRAMS AND OPERATIONS DIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT BRANCH of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Duties

You will perform studies and analyses of administrative/management issues. You will document, validate, and report findings to higher level authority and serves as advisor or consultant to senior management. You will participate in study teams concerned with organizational analysis, assignment and implementation of functions, capital investments, cost reductions, and effective management. You will do other tasks assigned to you.

• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.Experience in Naval Test Wing Atlantic, the Test and Evaluation Management for Programs and Operations Division and developmental test squadrons serving as the authority, consultant, and advisor with responsibility for overall management and administration of division operations 2.Experience supervising management analysts, staff analysts, and purchase card holders 3.Experience evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of division operations and seeks to implement areas of improvement 4.Experience with assignments involving problem definition planning, coordination and implementation with numerous command elements.
